Dr. Ted Lester is a retired church pastor. He served as an officer in the US Army. Dr. Lester received a BS and MA in Business Statistics from the University of Alabama, a MDIV from Reformed Theological Seminary, and a DMin h.c. from L’Académie Théologique de la Réforme, La Plaine, HAÏTI. He founded and pastored two churches, Cherokee Presbyterian Church (PCA), in Canton, Georgia and Christ Covenant Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Woodstock, Georgia, and served as Assistant Pastor of Educational Ministries for Hope Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Marietta, Georgia. Dr. Lester was the regional director of Covenant College’s Quest program and founder and member of the Board of Directors for Cherokee Christian Schools, where he taught Bible for a number of years. He has served for 15 years as Chairman of the Board of Reformation Hope, Inc. [RHI], which promotes Kingdom ministry in Haiti. He has taught for TMI on Romans in Uganda and on Covenant Theology in Bolivia.
