He is a professor of theology at the Jacmel Bible College Extension of L’Académie Théologique de la Réforme, HAÏTI. Pastor Raphael studied at École De Droit De Jacmel and received his Bachelor of Divinity from L’Académie Théologique de la Réforme, HAÏTI. He is a also a music host for Détente FM radio.
